TERMS OF SERVICE: PERSONAL USE COMMISSIONS
01. GENERAL TERMS
Pricing Flexibility: Prices are subject to change based on demand, but I promise a fair rate and I am always open to negotiation.Right of Refusal: I reserve the right to refuse any request for any reason, though I rarely decline if the project is fair and honest.
02. PAYMENT
Currencies & Methods: I accept USD (via PayPal) or BRL (via Pix or bank transfer).Payment Models: You can choose to pay 100% upfront or split it into 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval (this rule is non-negotiable).Wait for the Green Light: Take care of your hard-earned money; do not send any payment until I confirm your slot and formally request the funds.
03. PROCESS & DELIVERY
Turnaround Time: Completion usually takes between 1 week to 3 months, depending on health, complexity, and my current workload.My Commitment: I will provide a specific deadline after analyzing your commission and I promise to do my best not to exceed it.Final Format: You will receive a high-resolution digital file. No physical product is included.04. REVISIONS
Included Edits: You are entitled to 3 minor changes already included in the original price.Extra Fees: Changes to the final art or previously approved stages will incur additional fees (calculated at an hourly rate), unless the change is due to a misinterpretation on my part.Pro Tip: Keeping your idea clear from the start helps avoid extra costs later!
05. COPYRIGHT & USAGE
My Rights (Felipe):I retain the Copyright over the commissioned art but I do not claim the Intellectual Property (IP) of your characters/ideas.I will not profit further from the piece (it’s yours!), but I reserve the right to post it in my portfolio and social media (tagging you if you wish).I reserve the right to cancel and refund at any time (though this is unlikely as long as there is mutual respect).Your Rights (Client):You retain the Intellectual Property (IP) and can post the art anywhere (tagging me is always appreciated!).Non-Commercial Use: You cannot profit from the art (reselling, prints, etc.). Claiming the artwork as your own creation is considered a violation.Commercial Upgrade: If you need the image for profit-making purposes, commercial rights can be purchased separately with a price adjustment.
06. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Refund Rules: * Full refund if I haven't started yet or if I am unable to begin your commission for any reason.No refunds once work on the commission has actually started.Disputes & Chargebacks: Requesting a PayPal chargeback when a refund is not permitted will result in the loss of all rights to the piece and a permanent blacklist from future commissions.Evidence: I will use our conversation history as evidence for PayPal to prove the work was completed in case of unfair disputes.

Moedas e Métodos: Aceito USD (via PayPal) ou BRL (via Pix ou transferência bancária).Modelos de Pagamento: Você pode escolher entre pagar 100% adiantado ou dividir em 50% no início e 50% após a aprovação do esboço (esta regra é inegociável).Aguarde o Sinal Verde: Trate bem o seu "dinheirinho": não envie nenhum valor antes que eu confirme sua vaga e solicite formalmente o pagamento.
03. PROCESSO & ENTREGA
Prazos: O tempo de produção varia de 1 semana a 3 meses, dependendo da complexidade e da minha agenda de saúde/trabalho.Compromisso: Darei um prazo específico após analisar sua ideia e me esforçarei ao máximo para não estrapolá-lo.Formato Final: Você receberá um arquivo digital de alta resolução. Não envio produtos físicos.
04. REVISÕES
Alterações Gratuitas: Você tem direito a 3 pequenas alterações já incluídas no valor original.Taxas Extras: Mudanças na arte final ou em etapas já aprovadas gerarão taxas adicionais (calculadas por hora de trabalho), exceto se o erro de interpretação for meu.Dica de Ouro: Quanto mais clara for sua ideia no início, menos chances de custos extras depois.
05. DIREITOS AUTORAIS & USO
Meus Direitos (Felipe):Mantenho os direitos autorais sobre a arte, mas não reivindico a propriedade intelectual (IP) do seu personagem/ideia.Não lucrarei mais sobre essa arte (ela é só sua!); porém, posso postá-la em meu portfólio e redes sociais (te marcando, se você quiser).Posso cancelar e reembolsar o pedido a qualquer momento (o que raramente acontece se houver respeito mútuo).Seus Direitos (Cliente):Você detém a Propriedade Intelectual (IP) e pode postar a arte onde quiser (me marcar me deixa muito feliz!).Uso Não Comercial: Você não pode lucrar com a arte (revender, prints, etc.). Reivindicar a autoria da obra como se fosse sua é considerado plágio.Upgrade Comercial: Se precisar da imagem para fins lucrativos, os direitos comerciais podem ser adquiridos separadamente com um ajuste nos valores.
06. CANCELAMENTO E REEMBOLSO
Regras de Reembolso: * 100% de reembolso se eu ainda não tiver começado o trabalho ou se eu, por algum motivo, não puder iniciá-lo.Sem reembolso uma vez que a produção da arte já tenha sido iniciada.Disputas e Chargebacks: Solicitar estorno (chargeback) pelo PayPal indevidamente resultará na perda de todos os direitos sobre a arte e banimento definitivo (blacklist) de futuras comissões.Proteção: Usarei nossas conversas como prova de trabalho concluído junto ao PayPal em caso de disputas injustas.
